Allison Cardiel

Allison Cardiel is an artist, educator, and award-winning director with over 20 years of experience in theater, film, and community-based arts education. Her work spans performance, production, and arts education, with a focus on developing and leading programs, community workshops, and youth-centered initiatives that support emerging artists and amplify underrepresented voices.

She has worked as a director, performer, producer, and teaching artist with theaters, production companies, schools, and nonprofit organizations across Southern California, including Sano Film Productions, 4C LAB, Arts For LA, C.S. Arts High School, and Chino Community Theatre, among others throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. Her practice centers storytelling as a tool for connection, access, and social impact, with an emphasis on inclusive, culturally responsive creative spaces and community engagement.
