Ty Deran (they/she) is a nonbinary actor/singer/content creator based in Los Angeles committed to creating entertaining, educational, and queer-affirming content. Theatre credits include Crissy in Hair (Los Angeles LGBT Center, Upcoming), Kinky Boots (2nd National Tour), Cruella De Vil in 101 Dalmatians! (STAGES St. Louis), Home Street Home (Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center, Cast Recording). They received their BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.

Justin Jones (he/him) is a Colombian-born performer, songwriter, and creator in Los Angeles. Justin made his Broadway debut in Home for the Holidays as a vocalist and percussionist in 2017. He has been featured on Netflix’s "Sugar Rush", "Tosh.O", Lionsgate's The Newest Pledge, and in his original Lifetime movie-musical Christmas Harmony for which he co-wrote the songs. He has starred regionally at Reprise Theatre Co., 3D Theatricals, Casa Mañana, Music Theatre Guild of Los Angeles, Theatre 3 Dallas and is the co-creator and host of The Broadway Cage Match with Bruce Merkle.

Kasper  (they/them) is a Los Angeles-based performer, diversity consultant, and facilitator. In 2019, they had the honor of playing Reza in the musical Once at 3-D Theatricals, becoming the first Black femme cast in the history of the show. An Ovation and NAACP Theatre award winner, they were most recently onstage in the critically acclaimed adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein with Four Larks at The Wallis Annenberg Performing Arts Center. As co-founder of Hope Collective, they utilize the power of narrative and intentional community building to connect activists to the tangible resources they need to create lasting change.

Amanda Kruger (they/them) is a non-binary, queer-identified performer passionate about advocating for queer visibility and representation both off stage and screen and on. They were often seen in the Rockwell Table & Stage musical parody series, roles included Tim in UMPO: Jurassic Park and most recently Kit Keller in UMPO: A League of Their Own. They performed as Sally Ride in the new musical Glass Ceilings and were part of the Mixtape Capsule in an effort to raise money to combat LGBTQ youth homelessness with Sharpe Suiting and True Colors United. They co-host a Clubhouse Room on Gender Diversity: Representation and Inclusivity in the Entertainment Industry and are eager to break down barriers in their work encouraging productions to look past gender. They are represented by Lovestone Talent Agency and Archetype Management.

Michelle Lane (she/her) is an Ovation Award Winner and has lived and worked on both coasts. BROADWAY/VEGAS: Avenue Q. Select REGIONAL: Finding Nemo the Musical (Original Dory), Next to Normal (Diana), Mary Poppins (Mrs. Banks), In The Next Room (Annie), Chess (Florence), Side Show (Violet), She Loves Me (Amalia), Little Mermaid (Ursula) to name a few. Michelle can be seen on your TV screen in various commercials each year. She also coaches voice and acting.

Emma Lutsky (she/her) is thrilled to be part of this special evening! Some of Emma's favorite roles include the title role in Annie and Matilda, "Louise" in Sunday in the Park with George and "Pugsley" in The Addams Family. Emma is also very excited to be playing "Fredrika" in an upcoming Winter 2022 production of A Little Night Music at the Greenway Court Theatre.

Parnell Damone Marcano (he/him) is most known for his role as "Carlton Cruise" on the show "Greenleaf", having performed all over the world with Motown legends Thelma Houston and the late Mary Wilson. He is the company manager at Celebration Theatre, and co-host of the show, "The Truth Behind The Truth", and on the Board of Youth Drama Theater. Other credits include Dreamgirls, The Producers, Ragtime, Evita, Booty Candy, and films Tyrone Jones, The Black Dawn, The Light, and Furst, among others.

Trent Mills (he/him) was seen as Ash in The Evil Dead the Musical North American Tour and as Shrek in Shrek the Musical at 5-Star Theatricals.

Vancie Vega (she/her) is a 35 year veteran of the stage, starting her career in Southeast Texas in local theater. This singer, actor, dancer moved to Las Vegas at the age of 20 and found fame traveling the world with her spot-on celebrity impersonations. Currently, Vancie is touring in her one-woman Dolly Parton show The NOT Dolly Show which has garnered much praise from family and those closest to the megastar.

Brittney S. Wheeler (she/her) lives and breathes the theatre although she was born and bred in LA. A budding director, seasoned actor, dramaturg, and classically trained vocalist, she is proud to have made Black HERstory by becoming one of the first Black Cis-Female Associate Artistic Directors of her beloved theatre company of 10+ years, Celebration. Having performed all over Southern California in over 40 productions as an actor, Brittney is a member of AEA. Currently, she is endeavoring an MA in Theatre Arts from CSUN where she will culminate her experience with a thesis that explores the idea of memory, race, and the lineage of cultural trauma on 6 eminent and respected Black cis-gendered female vocalists. Her work in this role of Associate AD is dedicated to her beloved grandfather who did it ‘His Way’, John J. Nelson.

Director

Ryan O'Connor(he/they) is a self-described Bon Vivant. An actor, director, writer, and general storyteller, they have appeared in a wide variety of entertainment mediums, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Big Little Lies, School of Rock, and popular solo shows as well as multiple theatrical productions. Ryan is directing a production of A Little Night Music opening in LA in January of 2022.

Gregory Nabours is an award-winning composer, lyricist, and music director in Los Angeles. Greg's work has earned him three Ovation Awards for original music & lyrics, musical direction, and music for a play. He is also a recipient of the LA Drama Critic's Circle Award, the LA Weekly Award, and the NAACP Award for Music Direction. Greg is a founding member and the resident composer/music director at Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's original Pay What You Want theatre company. He most recently served as the music director, arranger, and pianist for the acclaimed Unauthorized Musical Parody series at Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Feliz.
